In her current role at Red Nucleus, Wanda leads enterprise-scale transformation programs with associate director–level accountability for delivery, governance, and executive alignment. She owns the full change management lifecycle—from stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments to readiness planning, communications execution, and adoption tracking.

She designs and delivers integrated communications strategies and role-based training programs supporting complex technology and operational implementations. Wanda partners closely with IT, engineering, and business leaders to ensure technical solutions translate into effective operational and people change. As a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, she provides decision-ready insights, manages risk, and keeps programs moving forward in dynamic, matrixed environments.

Change Management, Communications & Training Specialist - Enterprise Systems Transformation | Momento (Merck Pharmaceuticals)

Supporting Merck Pharmaceuticals, Wanda led enterprise change management, communications, and training efforts for global systems transformations. She developed comprehensive training curricula, onboarding programs, and process documentation to support worldwide adoption.

Her work focused on aligning technical delivery with organizational readiness—partnering with IT, quality, engineering, and business teams to assess change impacts, manage communications, and mitigate adoption risks across a highly regulated, global organization.

 

Client Services Business Operations Director - Life Sciences Technology | Komodo Health

At Komodo Health, Wanda held a highly visible, hybrid leadership role supporting enterprise clients while also driving internal operational transformation. She served as a primary liaison between clients, delivery teams, sales, and internal stakeholders—ensuring alignment, clear communication, and consistent execution across complex engagements.

She was responsible for training and coaching client-facing and delivery teams, strengthening execution maturity and consistency. Wanda designed and implemented a standardized project management methodology, including processes, governance standards, and best practices that were adopted across teams.

During a major company acquisition, Wanda played a key role in integrating two organizations—helping merge teams, define new operating models, and develop new processes and procedures to support the combined organization. She also built executive dashboards and reporting solutions in Salesforce and SharePoint, giving leadership real-time visibility into portfolio health, delivery status, and client engagement during a period of rapid growth and change.
